Instructions
- Prepare the dough by whisking warm milk, sugar, and yeast together, then let it sit until foamy.
- Beat in the remaining sugar and softened butter, then add eggs and salt.
- Gradually add flour until the dough comes together and pulls away from the bowl.
- Knead the dough until soft and slightly tacky, then let it rise until doubled in size.
