Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat for about 7-10 minutes until no longer pink, then drain if desired.
- Add 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning and ¾ cup of broth, simmer until the liquid is mostly evaporated.
- Add the remaining broth, diced tomatoes (with liquid), and the remaining taco seasoning. Stir and bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for about 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, wait 2 minutes, then stir in the ranch dressing. Garnish with toppings if desired.
