Instructions
- Heat a small sauté pan over medium-high heat and add olive oil and diced shallots.
- Sauté for 4-5 minutes until translucent and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine dry basil, honey, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper, and whisk together.
- Add the sautéed shallots and slowly pour in olive oil while whisking.
- Evenly distribute spinach, strawberries, blackberries, quinoa, pecans, and goat cheese between 4-5 plates.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over each salad and serve.
