Cranberry Maple Compote Ingredients

Instructions
- Mix cashew milk and apple cider vinegar and let sit for 3 minutes to create vegan buttermilk.
- In a large bowl, combine oat flour, gluten free flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, sea salt, and orange zest.
- In a separate bowl, mix the vegan buttermilk, orange juice, melted vegan butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until mixed.
- Preheat the waffle maker and pour ½ cup of batter into each side.
- Cook until the waffle maker beeps, then keep warm in the oven.
- For the compote, heat all ingredients in a pot until cranberries pop, then cool.
- Serve waffles with the cranberry maple compote.
