Instructions
- Cream the softened butter and both sugars together until smooth.
- Add the eggs, vanilla, and molasses, mixing until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, then add to the wet ingredients and mix on low.
- Beat in the oats, raisins, and walnuts on low speed until combined.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until lightly browned, then cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
