Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • cup flax meal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon fine salt
  • 2 whole eggs
  • ¼ cup egg whites
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 servings Puori Vanilla Protein Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a 9x9 baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all the base ingredients except the protein powder and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes, stir in the protein powder until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 34-38 minutes, covering the edges with foil after 20 minutes.
  5. Check for doneness by ensuring the center is firm or a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares and serving with toppings.
