Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a 9x9 baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the base ingredients except the protein powder and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, stir in the protein powder until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 34-38 minutes, covering the edges with foil after 20 minutes.
- Check for doneness by ensuring the center is firm or a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares and serving with toppings.
