Instructions
- Heat the grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F.
- Blend the piquillo peppers, chipotle pepper, mayo, and lime juice until smooth for the spicy mayo and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice and salt for the guacamole and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, almond flour, diced onion, cilantro, cumin, garlic, egg whites, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Form the turkey mixture into 6-8 equal patties.
- Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, then remove from the grill.
- Toast the buns on the grill for 1 minute.
- Assemble the burgers with the bottom bun, spicy mayo, guacamole, patty, tomato, and lettuce.
