Instructions
- Soak the pitted dates in hot water for about 30 minutes if using a regular blender.
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- For a food processor, add soaked dates and other ingredients, then blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If using a fork, soak dates overnight, then mash and mix all ingredients in a bowl until a smooth consistency is achieved.
