Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese Ball

minced jalapenos, seeds and ribs removed

crushed tortilla chips

Instructions
- Mix cream cheese and Picante Sauce in a bowl until combined.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, jalapeno, and ¼ cup cilantro.
- Shape the cheese mixture into a ball using plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Combine crushed tortilla chips and remaining ¼ cup cilantro on a plate.
- Remove plastic wrap and roll the cheese ball in the tortilla chip mixture.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped tomatoes if desired.
