Instructions
- Combine flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture and mix gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat.
- Scoop about ¼ cup of batter onto the pan and flatten slightly.
- Cook until bubbles form and edges brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
