Ingredients

The pineapple

  • 1 whole pineapple

The soaking mixture

  • ½ cup rum
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Remove the outer shell of the pineapple.
  2. Soak the pineapple in a mixture of rum and cinnamon.
  3. Cook the pineapple on a rotisserie at 350 degrees for a minimum of 45 minutes.
  4. Cut the cooked pineapple into sections and serve.
