Instructions
- Cook the cauliflower rice and cool completely, then squeeze out moisture.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Whip egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Cream the softened butter until fluffy in a separate bowl.
- Mix in egg yolks, cauliflower, baking powder, salt, protein powder, and coconut flour into the butter.
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
