Instructions
- Prepare the simple syrup by whisking honey or sugar with hot water until dissolved.
- Juice two blood oranges and slice the remaining one into thin rounds.
- In a pitcher, combine the blood orange juice, blood orange slices, pomegranate arils, and brandy.
- For best flavor, let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- When ready to serve, pour in the sparkling rosé and add simple syrup to taste.
