Ingredients

The tomatoes

  • 20 oz Cherry tomatoes

The seasoning

  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (191 degrees C).
  2. Combine the tomatoes, avocado oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Arrange the tomatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast the tomatoes in the oven for 10 minutes, then flip and continue roasting for another 10 minutes or until they reach your desired softness.
  5. Adjust salt and pepper to taste, if needed.
