Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan.
- Lightly roast walnuts on a skillet and chop them.
- Cream together softened butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Mash the bananas and mix them with the eggs into the batter.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then add to the batter.
- Stir in vanilla, walnuts, and raisins.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes.
- Let the bread rest for 10 minutes before cooling on a wire rack.
