Tuna Salad with Egg

Ingredients

The salad

  • 3 cans Tuna (drained; a mix of chunk light and solid white albacore)
  • 4 large Hard boiled eggs (diced)
  • ¼ cup Celery (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Pickles (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp White onion (minced)

The dressing

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • tsp Sea salt (to taste)
  • tsp Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, and paprika until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add the tuna, celery, pickles, and onions. Stir together, breaking apart any large pieces of tuna.
  3. Gently fold in the diced eggs.
