Instructions
- Make the jam by simmering blueberries, lemon juice, and vanilla in a saucepan for 3 to 5 minutes while mashing gently.
- Add maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt, then remove from heat and stir in chia seeds.
- Transfer the jam to a glass jar and let it cool before refrigerating for at least an hour.
- Assemble the oats by adding oats to a glass jar, pouring in milk, and layering with blueberry jam, blueberries, and lemon zest.
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning.
