Ingredients

The jam

  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • pinch sea salt

The oats

  • ½ cup Quaker® Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon blueberry chia jam
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest
  • ¼ cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Make the jam by simmering blueberries, lemon juice, and vanilla in a saucepan for 3 to 5 minutes while mashing gently.
  2. Add maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt, then remove from heat and stir in chia seeds.
  3. Transfer the jam to a glass jar and let it cool before refrigerating for at least an hour.
  4. Assemble the oats by adding oats to a glass jar, pouring in milk, and layering with blueberry jam, blueberries, and lemon zest.
  5. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning.
