Instructions
- Pulse 1 ½ cups of rolled oats in a food processor until you have a coarse meal.
- Transfer the ground oats to a large bowl and add the remaining rolled oats, coconut milk powder, cinnamon, vanilla powder, and salt.
- Stir the mixture to combine.
- Portion the dry oatmeal mix into 6 jars or reusable containers using a ½ cup measure.
- To prepare, add ½ cup to ¾ cup boiling water to the dry oatmeal mix in a jar.
- Stir to combine and cover with the jar lid or a small plate to allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, stir the oatmeal again and top with nut butter, fruit, maple syrup, or any other desired toppings.
