Make-Your-Own Instant Oatmeal Mix

Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a large storage container or freezer bag and stir to mix well.
- To prepare a single serving on the stove, bring 2/3 cup of water to a boil, stir in 1/3 cup of the oatmeal mix, and simmer until creamy, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- For microwave preparation, combine 1/3 cup of the oatmeal mix and 2/3 cup of water in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1½ to 2½ minutes, stirring as needed.
- Let the oatmeal cool slightly, add any desired toppings, and serve.
- Store leftover dry mix at room temperature for up to 3 months or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
