Slice and Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla, and beat until smooth.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips and chopped chocolate bar.
- Split the dough in half and wrap each half in plastic wrap, forming them into log shapes about 16 inches long.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the chilled dough into ½ inch pieces and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until slightly golden brown. Let cool on a wire rack and sprinkle with sea salt.
