Summertime Grilled Turkey Sandwiches

freshly cooked and sliced turkey breast

freshly grated sharp cheddar

lettuce leaves

The Cream Cheese Mix

oz.
cream cheese (reduced fat)

sun-dried tomatoes
chopped

shoot
green onion (finely chopped)

Tbsp.
mayo (reduced fat)

salt

Instructions
- Combine all cream cheese mix ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat a large grill pan over medium heat.
- Slice both egg buns in half and lightly coat all cut-sides with butter.
- Grill the buns cut-side down for 1-2 minutes until toasted, then set aside.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the cut-side of both top halves of the buns.
- Lay one slice of turkey on the grill pan and cook for 10-15 seconds until steaming.
- Flip the turkey slice and repeat on the other side, then place it on a bottom bun half.
- Top the turkey with shredded cheddar cheese and another slice of turkey.
- Add more cheddar if desired and top with a lettuce leaf.
- Place the top half of the bun on the lettuce (cream cheese side down) to complete the sandwich.
- Repeat the process to make a second sandwich.
