Easy Ham Fried Rice

Instructions
- Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Heat sesame and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the eggs, cooking until set.
- Scoot the eggs to the side and add garlic and white parts of green onions, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the cold rice, breaking it into clumps, and cook until sizzling.
- Incorporate the eggs back into the rice mixture.
- Add chopped ham and peas, stirring to combine.
- Add soy sauce and cook until everything is heated through.
- Serve immediately with additional soy sauce and green parts of the onion.
