Apple Butter Cheddar Biscuits

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, whole-wheat flour, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles peas.
- In a separate bowl, mix the apple butter, buttermilk, and egg together.
- Add the wet mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the cheddar cheese and dill.
- Dump the dough onto a floured surface and knead it gently about 10 times.
- Roll or pat the dough into a 1-inch thick rectangle and cut into 2-inch biscuits.
- Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm with additional apple butter.
