The Best Grilled Chicken Marinade

The chicken

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, thyme, rosemary, dijon mustard, honey, tamari, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
- Place chicken breasts in a large ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them, removing as much air as possible.
- Allow chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 4 hours to overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (350°F-400°F).
- Remove chicken from the marinade and place directly on the grill.
- Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, flipping only when the chicken releases easily from the grill.
- Remove chicken when its internal temperature reaches 165°F and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
