Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, rinse with cold water, drain, and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and add cooking oil.
- Sauté the garlic, then add the shrimp and stir-fry until they turn white.
- Add the bok choy and red bell pepper, stirring to combine.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet and mix with the other ingredients.
- Add the lo mein noodles to the skillet, stirring to coat well with the sauce.
- Top with white sesame seeds and serve hot.
