Baked Crispy Donuts

Instructions
- Combine lukewarm water and yeast in a stand mixer and let it dissolve for about 5 minutes.
- Heat milk in a microwave-safe bowl for about 2 minutes and let it cool.
- Add milk, sugar, salt, egg yolks, butter, and 2 cups of flour to the yeast mixture and mix for 2 minutes at medium speed.
- Add the remaining 3 cups of flour and continue mixing, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness and cut into doughnuts.
- Let the cut doughnuts stand for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake the doughnuts for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute or two before dipping in glaze.
