Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and place a skillet with butter inside to melt.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, honey, vanilla, and lemon zest.
- Add the flours and salt, whisking gently until just combined.
- Remove the skillet from the oven, swirl to coat with melted butter, and quickly pour in the batter.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until puffy and golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with desired toppings.
