Crispy Baked Chili Lime Sweet Potato Fries

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Wash and cut the sweet potatoes into wedges and soak them in cold water for at least one hour.
- 3. After soaking, dry the fries completely.
- 4. While the fries are drying, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, pepper, and cayenne.
- 5. Place the dried fries in a bag or bowl and add the arrowroot starch, tossing to coat.
- 6. Add the chili lime sauce to the fries and toss again until fully coated.
- 7. Lay the fries evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- 8. Flip each fry and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- 9. Season with salt after removing from the oven.
