Glazed Sweet Potatoes with Honey and Pecans

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and scrub the sweet potatoes, then bake them for 45 to 60 minutes.
- Once cool, remove the skins and cut the sweet potatoes into chunks.
- Toast the pecans in a skillet, then add butter and coconut oil to melt.
- Stir in honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cayenne, and let simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the whiskey to the mixture and let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the sweet potatoes and diced apples, then pour the whiskey glaze over the top.
- Bake at 375°F for 20 to 30 minutes until the apples are fork-tender.
