Instructions
- Remove the skin from the salmon filet using a sharp knife.
- Cut the salmon into roughly 1-inch chunks, removing any pin bones.
- Place the salmon chunks in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, coconut sugar, and black pepper, then stir to combine.
- Arrange the seasoned salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400ºF for 5 minutes, checking for doneness.
- If necessary, cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until the salmon is flaky.
- Serve warm immediately, or store leftovers in an airtight container.
