Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove the skin from the salmon filet using a sharp knife.
  2. Cut the salmon into roughly 1-inch chunks, removing any pin bones.
  3. Place the salmon chunks in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Add salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, coconut sugar, and black pepper, then stir to combine.
  5. Arrange the seasoned salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook at 400ºF for 5 minutes, checking for doneness.
  7. If necessary, cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until the salmon is flaky.
