Ingredients

The salmon

  • 1 lb salmon, cut into two pieces
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Honey Teriyaki Glaze

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Japanese cooking sake
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • to taste white sesame, for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients for the Honey Teriyaki Glaze in a bowl and whisk until well blended.
  2. Mix the salmon with the glaze.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and add the oil.
  4. Pan-fry the salmon on both sides until fully cooked and the glaze thickens.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
