Ingredients

  • 15 oz fire-roasted tomatoes, drained
  • 15 oz whole peeled tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 4 oz can diced green chiles, drained
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 1 whole jalapeño, stem removed
  • ½ whole red pepper
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth or to your desired consistency.
  3. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 7 days.
