Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a mixer, combine the eggs and brown sugar.
- Add peanut butter, vanilla, salt, and baking soda; mix well.
- Incorporate the oats until combined.
- Add chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, candies, and coconut chips; mix until just combined.
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and scoop the dough onto the sheet.
- Pat each cookie down into shape, wetting hands if necessary, and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 10 minutes and allow to cool on the cookie sheet for at least 10 minutes.
