Cilantro Lime Farro
Ingredients
The farro base

The seasoning

finely-chopped fresh cilantro leaves, loosely-packed

lime (zest and juice, about 2 tablespoons juice)

Instructions
- 1. Rinse the farro and place it in a medium saucepan with the stock.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- 3. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for about 30 minutes until the farro is cooked and chewy.
- 4. Drain any excess liquid from the farro.
- 5. Add the lime zest, lime juice, cilantro, and seasonings to the farro.
- 6. Stir to combine and serve warm.
