Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a large sauté pan over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces.
- Add the taco seasoning when the beef starts to brown, and mix well.
- Stir in the fire roasted tomatoes, onion, and jalapeño, cooking for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Cube the cheese and add it to the beef and vegetable mixture, stirring until melted.
- Add milk gradually to achieve desired creaminess.
- Serve hot or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
