Instructions
- 1. Cook the ground beef in a large pan over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula.
- 2. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the meat is fully cooked.
- 3. Add the Rotel tomatoes and Velveeta cheese to the pan, cooking for 6-8 minutes while stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted.
- 4. Top the dip with fresh diced tomatoes and cilantro, then serve with tortilla chips.
