Instructions

- Reduce heat to medium-low, add minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of paprika, stir and cook for 1 minute.
- In a food processor, combine roasted red pepper and broth, then add to the pan with basil. Stir and scrape up browned bits, increase heat to medium-high, and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and stir in yogurt, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper.
- In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, red onion, dried mustard, remaining paprika, ¾ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Mix until just combined and form into 4 oval-shaped steaks.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the steaks, and cook until browned on the bottom (about 3 minutes).
- Turn the steaks, reduce heat to medium, and cook until the other side is browned, turning every 3 minutes until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached.
- Serve the steaks with the onion sauce.
