Chicken And Bacon Quesadilla

The quesadilla

shredded cheddar cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry chicken, bacon, and bell pepper for 5 to 8 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Transfer the cooked mixture to a bowl and mix in ranch dressing.
- In the frying pan, place a tortilla and sprinkle with ½ cup of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Layer the chicken and bacon mixture on top of the cheese, then add another ½ cup of cheese.
- Cover with another tortilla and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
- Slice and serve immediately, optionally with additional ranch dressing.
