Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare a 9 x 5-inch bread pan.
- In one bowl, whisk together the olive oil, maple syrup, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix in the mashed bananas until mostly smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
