Instructions
- Combine peanut butter and syrup in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Sift in coconut flour and stir until a smooth dough forms.
- Refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes to firm up.
- Form the dough into 20 small balls and place them in the freezer on a lined plate.
- Melt the chocolate chips.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate using two forks and place on the lined plate.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate has firmed up.
