Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

Instructions
- Chop the potatoes and add them to the slow cooker with the stock.
- Place the butter cubes and minced garlic on top of the potatoes.
- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are soft.
- Mash the potatoes to your desired consistency.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt (or sour cream), salt, and black pepper.
- Add warm milk until the potatoes reach your desired creaminess.
- Serve warm and add any optional toppings if desired.
