Ingredients

The meatballs

  • 2.2 lbs. frozen meatballs

The sauce

  • 1 cup hoisin sauce
  • cup raspberry jam with preserves
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Optional garnish

  • to taste sesame seeds
  • to taste chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Add frozen meatballs to the crockpot.
  2. In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, raspberry jam, rice wine vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and gently toss to coat.
  4. Cook on LOW for 2 hours.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped chives if desired.
