Easy Crescent Rolls

Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to the flour mixture.
- Add eggs and warm milk, then mix everything together.
- Incorporate softened butter and knead until the dough is smooth.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal parts, forming each into a ball.
- Roll each ball into a round shape of 16 to 17 inches in diameter on a floured surface.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of soft butter on each round and cut into 16 triangles.
- Roll each triangle into a crescent shape, tucking the tip under.
- Place on a lined baking tray and let rise for about 20 minutes.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake for 14-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
