Steel Cut Oats with Pears, Ginger and Dates

Instructions
- Boil water in a small pot.
- Stir in oats, diced pear, cashews, cardamom, ginger, and dates.
- Cover and simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, until liquid is absorbed and oats are tender (about 25 minutes).
- Divide into servings and serve with plant-based milk if desired.
