Ingredients

The mixture

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup creamy cashew butter
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ cup dairy free chocolate chips

For topping

  • to taste sea salt flakes
  • more to melt and drizzle chocolate

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor until the dough is thick.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Form 10 balls with your hands and place them on a plate.
  4. Melt additional chocolate, drizzle it on top of the balls, and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
