Instructions
- Cut off the ends of each ear of corn.
- Cut the ears of corn in half, then cut each half lengthwise to create corn ribs.
- Mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and sea salt in a small bowl.
- Brush the seasoned oil onto the corn ribs.
- Place the corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes until they start to curl.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
