Ingredients

The corn ribs

  • 2 ears fresh corn

The seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut off the ends of each ear of corn.
  2. Cut the ears of corn in half, then cut each half lengthwise to create corn ribs.
  3. Mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and sea salt in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the seasoned oil onto the corn ribs.
  5. Place the corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes until they start to curl.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
