Black Eyed Pea Hummus

fresh chopped herbs

Instructions
- Bloom the herbs by combining 2 tablespoons of olive oil with fresh chopped herbs and heating in the microwave for about 30 seconds or on the stove for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- Combine the bloomed herbs and oil with the remaining ingredients in a food processor.
- Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Serve chilled with a swirl of olive oil and freshly ground black pepper.
