Asian Crab and Avocado Cucumber Salad

Instructions
- Wash and dry the vegetables and fruit.
- Spiralize the cucumber or slice it julienne style, peeling if desired.
- Pat dry the cucumber spirals to remove excess water.
- In a bowl, mix the spiralized cucumber with 1 teaspoon or more of sesame oil and rice vinegar.
- In another bowl, combine the crab meat, cilantro, red pepper flakes, garlic, vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, then mix well.
- Slice the plum and avocado.
- Arrange all ingredients in a large salad bowl or two small bowls.
- Season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lime.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
