Chicken Quesadillas

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium/high heat and sauté onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
- Add ground chicken and cook for another 5 minutes until browned, then add taco seasoning and water.
- Stir in green pepper and tomatoes, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Spread cream cheese and guacamole on one side of each tortilla, add meat mixture and cheese, then fold.
- Fry the quesadillas in a skillet with olive oil until crispy and cheese is melted.
