Gluten Free Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line an 8x8” brownie pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and ½ cup of chocolate chips together over a double boiler or in the microwave.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the maple sugar, then add the eggs and vanilla.
- Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then fold in the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set in the middle.
- Cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then remove and cool completely before slicing into 9 squares.
